Staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and the spot is just in the heart of the city. Perfecto.

The location is right across from the Tugu station exit, you can reach Malioboro on foot.

The location is strategic, opposite the station and Malioboro, no need to worry about missing the train or getting stuck in traffic, just walk, everything is close by

Very friendly The staff, I extended my room which was a downgrade from the previous room type, but was upgraded by the hotel, especially Mbak Ajeng, Sales staff at Arte Hotel Malioboro. Overall, everything is the best

Yesterday I got room 718, it was in the corner so I could see the beautiful Jogja sunset, Masha Allah. The price was still pocket-friendly. It was right in front of Yogyakarta station so I didn't need to use transportation if I wanted to take the train. The staff were friendly and kind.

Have been staying at this hotel 4 times for the last 2 years. In this last visit, I change my room type from no window to with window facing the train station. Strategic location is its advantage. You only have to cross the street to/from the train station. You only have to turn the corner to get to Malioboro street, and Pathuk area is right behind.

Strategic location, friendly service, only 10 minutes to Malioboro, in front of the station. Very strategic.

Good transit hotel. Very close to Yogyakarta Station. The room was bright and surprisingly soundproof even very close to the Station. The breakfast variety was good but the taste was bland. Again, good for managing your train trip, backpackers, or full activity vacations, but a big no for staycation or relaxing vacations.

Overall good. Strategic from the station's walking exit. Ignore half past 2 in the morning can go straight in without any frills, the service is also okay, the room size is not fancy, the important thing is neat and clean, just for a few nights is quite satisfying. Privacy issues are safe. Thank you, Arte, for making this a pleasant first experience to Jogja.

Parking spaces that are not large enough to accommodate vehicles cause cars to be parked on the side of the road.

Actually the hotel is quite good, it's close to Malioboro, this is forced because I usually stay in the Malioboro area which is only a very close walk, because it's full during the holiday season, what I regret is that I extended for 2 nights but it wasn't cleaned and swept even though I had asked for it to be cleaned, the floor was very dirty, then suddenly my room was opened even though I and the children were out when asked, they said we forgot even though we had double checked when we were about to leave, honestly I didn't feel comfortable staying at Arte because of the cleanliness. Please improve it, and in my opinion there are too few hotel staff

The room smells, there are cockroaches, the bathroom is dirty. Noisy. The location is okay, near the station, just cross the street. The staff is friendly.

Got the price of 937. X with a room area of 15m2 is very narrow. The price increases 2x during the Eid holiday. There are no other facilities, room only. Parking is narrow, the road to Malioboro is also quite far. Didn't have time to look for other accommodation, even though there are many that are more worth it.

In general it's okay, only the parking area is too narrow.
