Good, very clean, highly recommended

Parking was okay, breakfast options were mediocre, rooms were very basic, elevator was broken, and while staying here, a woman knocked on the door claiming to have booked something when there wasn't, which disrupted my rest. Just once.

The food is worth the price, the bathroom is quite clean, but the first day I didn't get soap

The location is very strategic, close to various malls in Pekanbaru.

The reception girl was friendly, had a trouble when trying to access room 120, card access control won't work, but it was solved within minutes, really helpful. The only cons is, a lot of stains on the linen. Everything else was good.

for standard rooms all are smoking rooms. unfortunately there is no notification about this, so if you want a non-smoking room, take a room outside the standard. if the room smells of cigarette smoke, the FO will help you to add air freshener.

Highly not recommended. Dirty room + shabby towels. Check in and enter the sheets are stained.

The sheets had yellow spots as if they had never been changed, the blanket still had black spots. To sleep I covered it with the towel I brought. It wasn't like this before even though I checked in at 8 pm.

For a very cheap price of 200 thousand for a small one, you can get a spacious and comfortable room.

Strategic location, nice place, clean, clean room, there are some problems with the door and water channel, but the service is really good, they act immediately, there was an incident where my child fell from the bed, his lip was split, thank God the service was really good, fast in everything, breakfast is also okay, this will be my favorite hotel every time I go to Pekanbaru.
