Our family (two adults, one teenager, and one toddler) stayed for 3 days and 2 nights in room 525. All the staff were friendly and helpful, valet parking was free, the room was spacious and clean, and the facilities were complete, including a swimming pool and kids' playground. I also received a free room upgrade from a superior to a deluxe room. Renovations on the 10th floor were also announced in advance, so we weren't inconvenienced. The location is very close to Malioboro, convenient for walking, close to a BCA ATM, with plenty of delicious, affordable food. Our visit coincided with the Jogja Fashion Carnival on Malioboro. What needs improvement is the breakfast quality, especially the main course, which was bland, and some dishes, like porridge, should always be warm. The other side dishes were delicious. The food variety was extensive, but the presentation was lacking; the fried rice was located separate from the main course table. We ordered food at the pool, but it took a long time to get there, so we ended up having it delivered to our room. There was also a puddle of water under the bathroom door, making it slippery and dangerous. Nice and recommended accommodation!

To be honest this was a disappointing hotel. The real issue is the value for money is low. It is very expensive for what you get. It is highly rated on tripadvisor, which is why I chose it, but I suspect there are a lot of fake reviews. Read more below: Pros: + Great location, right next to Malioboro street. + Staff are friendly, helpful and do their best to be accomodating. Cons: - The whole place seems a bit dated, decor, fixtures and fittings. - Room I was in, plus corridor leading to room were marked on the walls. Everything needs painting, there are clear signs of damp on the ceiling. In the room, walls were badly marked, the window frame was clearly broken. The room smelt a bit damp, as did the corridors. - Breakfast was bland and uninspiring tbh, both Indonesian and Western options. - The price: the worst part of this hotel is the price. I genuinely believe it does not offer good value for money. Costs about £60-75 a night, which is expensive by Indonesian standards and should therefore offer a very high quality experience. Unfortunately it simply didn't deliver.

The hotel is close to Malioboro, there are many food stalls near the hotel, it is clean, the breakfast menu is varied, the service is satisfactory.

The hotel is nice, close to Malioboro, with plenty of food stalls nearby, and Alfamart nearby. You can request brown rice cooked for free.

The location is only 50 meters from Malioboro, free valley parking, clean rooms, a varied breakfast menu and good taste.

Stayed 3 nights here very comfortable, very close to Malioboro, many places to eat are available around the hotel, the staff and service are friendly, the room is clean.

we have stayed at this hotel several times, the foods taste and very good resto, but please improve for towels need to be cleaned better. There is a lot of dust in the room and it needs to be cleaned regularly. Thank you very much, we will come in the next holiday
