Great location next to beach and sea view. Only parking and some places like driveway , needs upgrade and renovation.

I came during a public holiday, Malaysia Day, surprised because there weren't many people here. It was really good to take a bath in the sea because it wasn't crowded 😂 The room was crazy spacious & beautiful, really satisfied. Worth the price with the facilities & service, but I didn't have time to try breakfast. Overall, this emerald hotel is really good because it's a little far from the village, it feels like the sea is a little private.

Everything was ok and the atmosphere was beautiful when we went, it wasn't too hot, just during the rainy season.

The hotel has an amazing balcony with a sea view, especially during the sunrise. Breakfast is not nice. Location wise, you need to have a vehicle to go around to buy things, as it's far away from any other shop.

Beautiful beach. Quite a spacious room. Had to go out to buy lunch in front of the health clinic. There is a lot of parking just near the construction area, which I don't know when it will be ready. Everything else is the best.

The hotel is rather far from many attractions thus, taking taxi will cost you a bomb! The rooms are nice and the ambience of the whole hotel is really nice too. Many spots that are instagramable. However, do note that if you require housekeeping services, do request at the counter or via a call as they don't do it for you even with the door hanger outside indicating you require housekeeping. Special thanks to Ms. Sharifah who was so lovely throughout our stay there. She was helpful and kind. She recommended a few places for us to try too!

Don't think this was hotels fault but our reservation was not sent to hotel. Subsequently got the room after some verification calls. This is nightmare to online booking.

Very beautiful location. Bathing in the pool is limited due to the Convid 19 factor, if you want to take a sea bath, there is no shower to rinse. Overall perfect for families or daydreaming alone.

New hotel. Nice beach view. Still lack staff maybe due to many rooms still not operate. Nice pool. Saw mini water park in the middle of construction.
