I have subscribed to a 5 star class hotel in the city center, especially Central Lampung, the staff is friendly and the service is extraordinarily good & excellent, always successful BBC Hotel 🥰

For the price of 600+, there should be a hairdryer in every bathroom, but here there isn't one, even towels have to be requested first 🤭. The room is also not soundproof 🥲 the sound from next door can be heard, hahaha, I don't recommend staying here if you don't get the top type, I think?!

Everything is ok, the service during check in and check out is also ok. It's just that the receptionist reminds us to check out 1 hour before the time which I think is unnecessary, a little bit annoying, because we know the check out time.

Strategic location, friendly and helpful staff. Can ask for extra pillows & towels 😊.

The price is already very expensive but the break fast quota is only for 1 person, the swimming pool is green.

Being the only 3-star hotel in Central Lampung, but unfortunately the price and type of room are a bit inappropriate.

Makanan direstaurannya cocok di lidah saya, kebersihan kamar mandi perlu di tingkatkan ada bau tidak enak di kamar mandi. Kebersihan kamar baik. Tv cuma bisa channel nasional dan hanya bisa channel tertentu saja (kamar 243). Semoga bisa ditingkatkan lagi pelayanannya kalau dilihat-dilihat bbc merupakan hotel terbesar di terbanggi besar sayang kalau tidak maksimal dalam kebersihannya.

Cukup bersih dan menyenangkan, pegawainya juga ramah-ramah.

Always happy to stay here, staff reception ramah kamar oke, ac oke kamar mandi oke dental kit tersedia kolam renang bersih dan lumayan Besar, tersedia juga kolam untuk anak-anak, sarapannya lumayan enak termasuk banyak varian dengan rasa yang oke. Untuk Lampung Tengah I think this is the best hotel and recommend, ini sudah ke sekian kali menginap di sini dan jauh lebih baik ketimbang jaman covid dulu. Semoga semakin oke bbc. Thanks.
