- Request in notes when booking high floor but given 6th floor with bad view even though it's junior suite - AC in room is not cold enough even though it's set to 17 degrees - I thought I would get bathtub even though the difference between regular room and junior suite is far different 500 to 1 million - request for kids room got charged again 350 thousand - breakfast menu choices are varied but the taste is duhhhh, especially the Indonesian food smells a bit like it's about to go stale, honestly this is the worst 4 star hotel food in terms of taste, the only good thing is sumsum porridge and cut fruit, the rest is nothing, and the restaurant area is also hot even though it's indoor

It's nice to know that everyone here is friendly. The hotel food is detailed day by day so it's not boring and there are lots of choices.

Too bad I forgot to take a photo/video because it was so hactic. Easy check-in, easy access, lots of places to eat nearby, no need to go far.

Great buffet breakfast with different menu everyday. Plenty of seating so you can always find a table even during peak hours. Beds are very comfortable. Location is next to mini mall, mart and local restaurants.

The Split AC in the room was not cold, then I reported it to FO, without waiting long, the engineering team came to fix it. Thank you.
