It happened to be a family vacation, and Senyum World Hotel was perfect for families with small children. The facilities really pamper the kids. The indoor playground is spacious and open until late at night, the kids didn't want to go back because they were having so much fun playing. The room was clean and comfortable. The mattress was soft, although the blanket was a bit thin, but it was enough to keep the body warm at night, the bathroom was also clean. The food was also okay, there was quite a lot of choice, and the menu was also kid-friendly. The best thing was the location, close to the tourist area in Batu City. It's also in the same complex as Jatim Park 3. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

My family and I stayed in room 616 from January 4-6, 2026. Hotel Room: Clean, spacious, with a great view, but the bathroom floor was slippery when it got wet, and my child slipped. Some lights were out, and some electrical outlets were broken. The Wi-Fi signal in the room and near the window was often intermittent. Restaurant: Delicious food Hotel Staff: Nice and friendly

A family staycation here is very comfortable, suitable for children, adults, and seniors. The breakfast is varied and the food is delicious. The hotel is clean and has complete facilities. Unfortunately, the mini golf course is being renovated into a padel court and is not yet finished. Highly recommended.

The breakfast was delicious, and the atmosphere was very lively due to the high season. The staff was friendly, although they seemed a little overwhelmed by the large number of guests. The children's facilities are plentiful; the cleanliness of the playground and pool area could be improved. The shower rooms are a bit far from the pool, and a padel court was under construction at the time. The shower rooms/bathrooms were poorly maintained. The children's pool was very enjoyable, although it looked neglected, with some of the paint fading. It's unfortunate that many hotel guests were smoking around the pool, which was full of children. There was no security guard present to reprimand them. A child-friendly hotel should have a designated smoking area. The children's play area and pool should be smoke-free. The location is very strategic, close to everything. McDonald's is across from the hotel, and Jatim Park 3 is on the hotel grounds.

We stayed there on January 1st. There was a fun carnival-like night market right in front of us. However, there were not enough food vendors. The room, hotel area, and facilities were very pleasant as usual. Our favorite candy bars were still available, but it was a shame the golf course was gone, as it was such a key part of the hotel's identity.
