Ames had maintain the service and family friendly since the opening day but my last check in had to park my car far away from hotel even do had nail in the reservation, otherwise Ames is the best in Ayer keruh area.

Awesome. Just parking lot inside the building is very uninvited. Doesn't look like a hotel parking to me. It is wise to just park at the open parking area near the hotel entrance if you are even lucky to get one. Other than that, awesome.

🌟 DATE/TIME.- 4 Mac 2023 Saturday. 🌟 room type.- Patio Deluxe Twin with Bathtub. 🌟 welcome drink.- they gave you a coupon for welcome drink and require you to go to redeem it. I did not redeem it because its already late during check-in. 🌟 PRICE.- rm 440/night. 🌟 check in & check out.- Fast. 🌟 ROOM.- Spacious.- Flat screen TV.- Iron & hairdryer provided.- We request baby cot upon check-in. 🌟 BATHROOM.- My room comes with bathtub. But so weird the glass is facing nearby the water tap head. So difficult to adjust the temperature without you getting wet. 🌟 PARKING.- free parking nearby the hotel area. Walking distance. 🌟 BREAKFAST.- nice breakfast. Not so bad though.

In many 5 star hotels I have checked in. So far ames the best hotel. From check in to check out tip top staff service. Breakfast is delicious. 1 je less. The curtains in the room are very dusty. Maybe housekeeping is overlooked because in the room wear double layer curtains. Behind the curtain was full of dust. The children played between the curtains and looked like they had used powder. Imagine for yourself how dusty the dust is. Danger for children with asthma. Already complained near the check out counter. Staff say sorry and promise to ask for housekeeping to clean. Location is also far from the city center. Suitable for those who come to relax at the hotel without having to face the traffic jam in the city of Melaka. Overall everything is ok. It will repeat again.

I was satisfied with everything, except the hotel try to charge me for extra towel. I find it absurd as i've been to most 5 stars hotel in KL and all arnd msia, i've never been charged for extra towel. after confronting the staff, they didn't charge me for extra towel.

A new and well maintained hotel. Room feel luxurious and the breakfast buffet spread is good with delicious varieties. However, do note that their location is about 30 mins away from Melaka city. But they are closer to Zoo, bird park & Afamosa if that’s your thing

I had a pleasant stay here. The pro, the room is spacious, the water pressure is excellent, the room is clean and the staffs very friendly. The breakfast not much options, however with the services rendered by the staffs is excellent, kudos to Ames Hotel for the great hospitality rendered to us/ guests. Will definitely recommend to my friend and families! The cons- the check in time was quite slow the rest is excellent! And its worth every penny!
