It's all fun, no need to go anywhere, I just want to come back again

Our recent stay at The Apurva was, as always, an incredible experience. We booked 3 rooms for 2 nights, and everything—from the service to the rooms—was truly exceptional. The staff was attentive, the atmosphere was serene, and it felt like a home away from home. This time, though, we couldn’t swim at the beach due to an oil spill affecting the sea. My niece was a bit sad about it (she even wrote a little note expressing her feelings), but we understood it was for safety reasons. A unique moment during our stay was when a baby stork accidentally flew into one of our balconies. It seemed to injure itself and was unable to move properly afterward. Thankfully, the Apurva team responded quickly and gently rescued the little bird. It was an unexpected and touching experience that added a special memory to our trip. Despite that small hiccup, everything else was wonderful. Thank you, Apurva, for always making our stays feel so meaningful.

It was a very memorable stay at Apurva. The luxury of the hotel and the friendliness of the staff was amazing. We opted for Deluxe Lagoon room type but upon check in we were upgraded to a villa.

We got our room upgraded to Junior Suite, and the extra bed was charged with a 50% discount. Not only was the room bigger, with our own little plunge pool, but the location of the room was also perfect. It was very close to the beach and the Reef cafe. Snack bars in the room were free of charge, and the hotel provided all the rooms with cute hats and rattan beach bags, which made it very convenient for guests to carry stuff to the pool/beach area. My kids loved the overall experience of the hotel. We will surely visit this hotel again next year.

The lagoon pool water was a disappointment, something wrong with the water filter. The main pool water was much clearer even though it was public.

It was breathtaking for the view and the service.

Family friendly hotel, child friendly. The service is like a relay from the beginning of getting out of the car until being escorted to the room, we are always accompanied and invited to chat. Detailed explanation when checking in with Mba Stefanny and escorted to the room with Mr. William "if I'm not mistaken" I forgot his name. But all the staff we met during our stay were very friendly. When checking in, we were given a drawing equipment book (which was very useful for my child while waiting for boarding), welcome drinks in various flavors (ginger, soursop) and also oshibori towels. on the second day of my stay when I wanted to take a picture there were several Hk staff who were chatting in that area. But when they saw me and my family coming they immediately left, this I think is very impressive. They understand and immediately move away for our comfort. The choice of breakfast menu is very varied, all delicious and luckily I got a table view facing the sea area Hopefully the second time and so on I go to Apurva, the service and facilities will not decrease but will increase and get better.

My wishlist was finally fulfilled and the service was really good. The toilet is sophisticated, there is a dryer and seat heater, the water can oscillate. The beach is clean and very nice. Trying to play canoeing is quite tiring. The pool water is warm. There are many variations of breakfast. Try the omelet with truffle, my tongue doesn't like it 😄 there is iced matcha latte, just order it to the waitress. Plain croissant and choco muffin are really delicious, very buttery. The TV can also play Bluetooth music. Overall it is according to expectations. For the shower rotation, if our hands are already in contact with soap, it is very slippery and can't be turned on, so it's better not to turn it off when using shampoo and soap. It suits the dental kit, I just found a brand of toothpaste that doesn't foam too much, the toothbrush also cleans the inside of the back teeth. For the lemongrass scented toiletries, I don't really like it. But because my grandmother told me to bring it, so I just made it a souvenir for her. The sandals are not long enough but the width is just right. Surprised after swimming, when entering the room there were already additional bottles of drinks provided according to the maximum amount for 1 day, which is 10 bottles. Luckily there were no missing items, the staff were honest. Yesterday there was a bit of a problem with the coffee maker. Immediately responded to by 2 staff. It turned out that you had to hold it when inserting the coffee capsule so that it fits and doesn't fall, this is a bit complicated. There are no tea bags. Overall, I am very satisfied enjoying the luxurious facilities of the Apurva Hotel. Hopefully there will be good fortune to enjoy a luxurious hotel again 😇

Too many mosquito. We want to shorten our stay but the hotel still charge for whole stay.

Very worth it. The room is big, the vibes is chill, the staff is very friendly, the food is good. Perfect trio for honeymoon. Sadly I only stay for 1 night, 2 night is a recommended because the place so big.
