Clean and well-maintained rooms, fast check-in and check-out, location close to the city center.

The location is indeed strategic from Tomohon City Center & Tourist Locations. Please pay more attention to the cleanliness of the room. The pillowcases are very smelly, please improve cleanliness.

The room is nice, but the AC isn't cold enough. I want to ask to move rooms but I'm really tired. The TV also doesn't work and can't be used to watch. Please fix it. For others it is very good. Thanks.

Rooms must be cleaned every day, whether requested or not by guests. However during the stay it was never cleaned. Need better service improvement.

Great, clean neat rooms, and complete equipment inside.

Tempatnya nyaman, pegawai ramah. Cuman kemarin tidak bisa tidur karena ribut banget kamar sebelah, pas saya cek sebelah ada dandan orang nikah tp suarannya ganggu banget. Pas siang sama kamar saya ada yang coba-coba buka pintunya.

The hotel is clean, the rooms are clean, the toilets & bathrooms are also clean, everything is neatly arranged, the receptionist is good and the response is fast, breakfast / breakfast can be changed for good sahur!

The worst hotel ever, no tolerance for pregnant women, no lift, have to take stairs to the 5th floor, ask for a tolerance for room upgrades, pay cash, can't pay, so you move hotels even though you have paid there.

The room where I got the AC wasn't cold (thankfully, it's been cold since then), there's no foot mat, so when I take a shower the water spills on the floor and gets wet. The worst thing is that breakfast is said to be until 10 o'clock I go down breakfast at 9 o'clock, the menu only has 2. And that too is about to end.

The rooms are neat, clean, the breakfast is pretty good. For a hotel at that price it does not disappoint.
