the receptionist is friendly, the service is good, the food tastes good, the menu is extensive, there is also a coffee beak and there is also live music, it is really suitable for families and makes it comfortable.. what needs to be fixed is the floor is not clean enough, there is still sand on the mattress, there is still a little dirt, for Muslims the direction of the qibla is slanted so the position is narrow for praying.

The hotel atmosphere is comfortable, there is an amazing afternoon coffee shop, you can buy souvenirs again.

It's cheap here... kids are happy, mom and dad are comfortable 😊

Overall, I'm satisfied, only one complaint, there are too many staff at the breakfast area in a not-so-large area, so we feel like we're being watched when we eat to take the food menu. A suggestion would be to reduce the number of staff, at most this customer will eat that much...it's impossible to finish all the menu.

Got a room right on the balcony facing the swimming pool.. very happy.. clean room and free parking.. hot water in the bathroom works well.. there is free water refill with a dispenser for breakfast.. children pay 50k

Highly recommended hotel for families, kids love it, pool and play area are really fun.

As expected, the food is also delicious and has many interesting variations from appetizers, main courses to snacks. The room is also ok and clean. The only thing that needs to be improved is the slightly unstable Wifi network.

I check in late and they give me the last room in the corner with no view or balcony. The room are full because of high season. I just know that what I choose is the room without balcony and it is not mentioned clearly in traveloka apps. I also don’t get my welcome drink. The children activity which is one of the facilities are only applicable when we book room with breakfast. The good things are this hotel have a great water park and also a complete supermarket. The location is just perfect at the center of the city. The parking area is also spacious.

I ordered 3 rooms via and got a pool view, a hotel with lots of play spots for children, there is a waterpark, children's games, a place to shop for souvenirs and close to tourist attractions in Batu, I recommend staying here if you go to Batu

The hotel is located in a strategic location with affordable prices and complete facilities. It was a pleasure staying here with my family.
