Location is great with Bedok Marketplace located opposite the hotel. Many food options and there was Giant supermarket too. 7-11 was just downstairs. No lift so not wheelchair friendly. Beds too soft for our liking and there was smell in the room. AC was quite noisy. There was a standing fan provided but cannot oscillate. Overall good enough place for a short stay.

It ' s a almost like a capsule room very tiny, but fairly clean. Please brace your self ti walk up a big flight of stairs with your suitcase as there is no bell to ask fkr assistance or option for lift. Over all it was a pleasant enough stay for a flight layover.

Second floor hotel, facilities according to the price, under many halal food sales, not far from the airport, Max Atria (Singapore Expo), Bedok Reservoir Park. If you go with three of you, there is a 3-bed room. Recommended for those on a tight budget.

This is my 3rd stay and I'm disappointed this time. Firstly the room was unlocked when I checked in. The toilet was not cleaned up. There were used shampoo sachet and used shower gel tube at the shower area. The hair at the drain traps were not cleaned up. The light at the shower area will flicker when you turned on the water to shower. Lastly, there were hair strands on two pillows.

The room is small, but enough. It's clean and the bed is amazingly 10/10. It's the best bed that I have ever experienced in a hotel. The bathroom is spacious, but lack of shower curtain. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is on the area with lots of street food vendors and restaurants in a friendly neighborhood. In my opinion, it's one of hidden gems of budget hotels in Singapore.

I stayed in Room 10 for 3 nights. Room 10 faces the rear of the building and thus I was not affected by any sound or noise from the front of the building (which has a few restaurants and eateries open till late at night). The bed was surprisingly good and clean-amazing, in fact-soft and comfortable. I requested extra pillows and Qloft supplied them. The shower was narrow but the water pressure was strong and the water heater functioned perfectly well. The door is opened via an old-fashioned key and lock but works all the same. If there are two improvements that I could suggest: 1) The power sockets are not close to the table at all. One is at the bed (which is normal and fine), the second one is beside the door to the room itself, thus not very convenient for making hot tea/coffee-which is supplied to each room as well. 2) Room 10 's layout means that the TV juts out over one side of the bed-something to take note of if you move a lot while you sleep. 3) No mention of room service/trash disposal. The benefits of this hotel are: 1) Location. The bus stops are less than a minute 's walk away from the hotel 's entrance, with multiple buses going to and from Tanah Merah MRT which is only 2 bus stops away. 2) Food/convenience store options. New Mahamoodiya is at the end of the building and is open 24 hours (the prata/roti canai is to die for), 7-11 is along the same stretch and another provision store as well. Tang Tea House is also offers dim sum and Asian cuisine late into the night. Across the road is Spize at Simpang Bedok. Overall, we rate our stay a 8/10. We would definitely consider staying here again for shorter trips.

No lift or escalators! I'm staying one night cause I got a morning flight so I need to move from my old hotel to this one caused it was a lot closer to the airport. It ' s a nightmare cause all of my luggage & baby stroller needs to be carried through a flights of stairs.

To say the photos exaggerated the size of the room is an understatement. The bathroom was pokey and it was difficult to brush your teeth without banging your head on the shelf. The worst part however was the floor. There was a large area were the flooring lift to reveal wet boards that feel like a trampoline ready to give way any second. The room was at least clean but missing a fridge for that price.

Great place to say. Lots of halal food around. Nice clean room and you can cook anything. It 's true, the bed is really fluffy and nice. 1 min away from the bus stop. But, if you consider to go to the main attraction of singapore, it is an hour away.

Check out time was 11am unlike most hotel that check out at 12pm plus you will have to open the room door with a traditional key instead of a key card. Was only given shampoo and no shower gel plus no hair dryer and no bottle water was given in room. Can't access Netflix etc on TV despite trying for hours. Construction going on early in the morning. The only good thing about this place is the quality of the bed (is real comfortable) despite the noise and easy availability of food choices around the area despite being in a more remote part of Singapore.

Room was considered quite neat and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful too. We had some problem connecting to netflix and seek assistance from the staff. He managed to resolve it in just 2mins. Is not easy to get to the place if you are not driving. But there are a lot of nice foods and desserts (hidden places in one of the mall) nearby-all walking distance.

Clean and utilitarian. Beds were soft and comfortable. Had a Family triple which could fit a queen and single - but basic rooms were small. Toilet was a tad tiny where shower and loo was basically 'fused as one'. Plus point was locality - spoilt for choice for food all day with 24hr supermarket across the hotel. Mrt was 2 bus stops away.

The position of the hotel is rather difficult to find. From the airport 16 dollars using a taxi. The rooms are decent and the breakfast is delicious.
