Strategic location, cleanliness is okay.

Always satisfied staying with The Aparian, the staff is fast, friendly and the cleanliness of the room is always taken care of. plus there are personal messages that are very much taken care of by the Staff on Duty, namely Mas Luki. Thank you, Mas Luki. Cool!

The TV does not have Netflix or YouTube facilities.

The staff is very friendly. Check in was on time.

The room is clean, the pool is big, the location is good, close to the mall and cafes. The service is good, towels and toiletries are provided. It's just that the apartment walls look like they are made of gypsum so they are not soundproof hehhe

The walls of the room are made of gypsum and as a result are not soundproof. I tapped the wall with my finger to test if it is made of plaster/gypsum... I know it is made of gypsum... the occupant of the next room complained to security and said it was noisy, someone tapped, I tested the wall myself... the room is quite clean, facilities general okay especially the swimming pool... easy parking. the only shortcoming is that the walls are still made of gypsum....it's like a map room with plywood, it's better to stay in a hotel for more privacy

There is no soap and shampoo. Want to cook rice, there is no rice cooker inside, there is no dishwashing soap, there is only a place. There is no direction of Qibla.

Environmentally friendly and pocket friendly.

The staff is friendly, fast response, close to SMB, you just have to walk, the swimming pool is really big, you won't get bored if you go to public facilities, overall all goods at very affordable prices, I recommend Pol.

Experience with the aparian, I ordered 2 units, but I had to separate 1 room with another room. The staff service was rude. Actually the room facilities are good and clean, only the staff is rude. And it is certain that I will not rent with the Aparian again.

The staff is friendly, check in & check out is fast.

The room is not tidy. It's stuffy, the AC is leaking.

The room is clean, the waiter is great, the facilities are okay, hopefully when you order again you will get an even better room.

The facilities are quite okay except for the service of the staff from check in to check out, asking for wifi was not given, there was no bathroom mat and the deposit refund had to wait 30 minutes. The check out staff was not friendly as if they had been drunk last night.

Nice and tidy place, comfortable but you can't smoke.

Kamar oke sesuai foto di aplikasi, shower toilet tidak bisa keluar air gatau kenapa sudah tanya aparian namun tidak direspon, dan saat check out saya sudah tau kunci kamar dikembalikan di kotak mailbox di lobby, namun staff aparian mengatakan tidak ada saat di cek, alhasil saya balik lagi ke apart untuk cek. Padahal kotal mailbox posisi sudah dibuka oleh staf tersebut tp mengatakan tidak ada kunci nya. Alhamdulillah deposit dikenbalikan wlw staf nya menggerutu penggantian kunci 250rb, namun sybsudah yakin mengembalikan, sayang tidak ada cctv untuk bukti siapa yang berbohong. Kamar bersih. Sesuai dengan foto. Pelayanan ramah. Setelah hari H untuk check in. Kita di wa dengan karyawan asparian nya. Deposit 200k akan di kembalikan setelah check out.
