The male receptionist was on duty on the 6th when I checked in. The staff only gave me a key and asked my husband and I to find our own room. My husband and I carried 3 suitcases around the 1st floor and couldn't find our room and finally went back to the front to ask, he complained and said he was busy and was on duty alone. If he was busy, he should have asked me to wait for him, right? I was given a key and told to find the room myself.. with the excuse that he was busy and on duty alone. He did apologize BUT I kept arguing, as if he didn't accept it. I wouldn't have known where the room was if I wasn't directed, especially since the hotel doesn't have an elevator and I was carrying 3 suitcases. He argued with me because I complained about carrying 3 suitcases around.. he said he was busy.. Even if I was busy, I would have waited if asked to wait.. I was only given a key and told to find it myself.. Am I not a guest who paid for the room? Am I the staff there who knows the layout of the rooms there? How come you can't take me or direct me to the room?? And I brought a lot of suitcases, you know.. how come I didn't think about that, I was walking around carrying suitcases without knowing the direction?? Finally, after arguing, the person in question was willing to take me and my husband to our room and helped carry our suitcases. But besides the person in question, the other staff were very nice. Housekeeping was very good and helpful, the female morning receptionist was also nice. Actually, in terms of the calm atmosphere, the comfort of the hotel was okay in my opinion for the price. The hotel has provided the best. But just because of that one staff member made it bad, it was a shame that the other helpful staff were affected. Breakfast lacked variety.
