The place is comfortable, close to the city center, the rooms are clean too. It's really worth it 🤩

The room was not comfortable. In the middle of the night, cigarette smoke came in from nowhere, we all couldn't sleep. The hot water was off, the bathroom fan didn't suck properly

The staff was not very friendly, I called to confirm my order during the day because I arrived at the location at night. In the application, I had already noted 1 large bed and the type of bed. When I called to confirm, the female receptionist said very unhelpfully, "if you want 1 bed, we can just join the beds (make it 1) FYI I also work in the hotel industry and this is the first time I have found a very unfriendly receptionist.

The bathroom smells of urine, but the room is comfortable and spacious, the TV is also a smart TV.

Got a room on the side of the road, quite noisy with vehicle noise, because some windows are not tight enough but still able to sleep soundly. The room smells unpleasant so at night I have to install an exhaust fan, to make sure the smell goes away. The TV is a bit confusing because there are many subscription programs. I took the one without bf so I can't review what the restaurant food is like. Overall it's quite ok for families who want to vacation in Bandung city because it's very close to the Pasteur toll gate

Room service and staff are okay, kind and friendly, it's just that the breakfast served is lacking, the rice is cold and hard, maybe they can improve it later.

The hotel was so dirty. The bed sheets are all stained, the towels too. They all turned from white color to gray. For a hotel located in lots of different areas in Bandung, this is too disappointing.

The hotel is clean, comfortable and located in the city center so it is close when traveling, close to buying souvenirs, also close to the toll road, suitable for staying with family, the staff are friendly and very helpful.

first experience staying at hotel vio, for the overall assessment of the hotel is very bad considering the price and hotel rating with several things: - the room is not soundproof, you can hear it outside and the sound from the next room can be heard - the room's AC is leaking - the hot water doesn't feel warm or hot (maybe the gas stove is out) - the breakfast menu is only available: rice, fish, vegetables and meatball soup, chicken porridge, bread, and even that often runs out (more variety at warteg) - sugar is available 1 and toothpaste 1.

The hotel location is close to the Pasteur toll gate, worth it for the price.

Rooms are not very clean, breakfast area is tiny

just checked in and entered the room there were cockroaches straight away. changed rooms but there were still cockroaches even though they said they had checked and it was still the same. the reason was the drainage, because a hotel should be able to handle that, not use excuses

The cleanliness of the room is still not good, the floor is still dusty in some corners, and the cleanliness of the glasses also needs attention.

Comfortable and satisfying.

If possible, add air conditioning and soundproofing. Because it's noisy.
