At this time of staying, the room beside us was making a loud noise that we could hear so clearly until 2 a. M. The reception just came to see until I made twice of calls. That night I could not sleep at all, it was terrible.

The staff is friendly and there are many places to eat around the hotel. And there is a mall too.

Location is great, just next to a mall and surrounded by many local eateries. Room size is big and I would say the bed is comfortable. The only setback is I was assigned a room with a faulty door lock. Maintenance was called in promptly

The room is very spacious and comfortable, looking for food is easy, if you want durian you don't have to go far. The first choice if you come back here.

Overall is good, but needs maintenance on the shaking elevator, unworking fridge, and rusty component of the electric kettle.

Main lifts weren't working for Tower 2, and we all had to use the only cargo lift inside (as the other cargo lift also wasn't working). It took about 20 minutes to wait for the cargo lift as long queues were forming. The room window view was leaking during downfall, resulting in both day and night curtains being wet. Toilet water was leaking, resulting in the floor being wet throughout.:(

Often stay here. Location next to the mall. There are food courts in the mall & many that sell food around the hotel. Some also sell Musangking durian👍

1) paid for sahur and food was not fresh got bad diarrhoea and vomitting after and ruin my birthday was in bed and not able to move. 2) after sahur our room door cannot be open and was left stranded for nearly 45mins outside with no updates. The technician gave a video of job done but we were there outside the room the whole time and the video is not even our room. Given another room after we miss our prayers. Dissapointing. Used to love this hotel for the convenience.
