At first I got room 1120 and was a bit shocked because the room was dark, I was even more shocked when I went to the bathroom, the lighting was darker, the sink was leaking, it was a bit dirty, I complained and asked to move rooms twice. Finally, the second time I was accepted and got room 1102, well, it was better than the previous room. Although the bathroom was still a bit dirty and not very fragrant.

The hotel is very close to the city center, it is very good for walking around Braga, the food is varied and delicious, the staff is polite and good at serving

Security and receptionists are friendly in helping with the check in and check out process.

The atmosphere during the Eid holiday is really good, busy, comfortable, easy access everywhere

The room smells a bit musty. Maybe there is not enough air circulation because the exhaust is not working.

The room is quite classic, it looks like an old building, in some parts there are some that need to be rejuvenated in terms of the interior finishing which is quite old, but overall satisfied with the price and facilities. The breakfast is varied and in my opinion it is very delicious in its price class especially in the dessert section, especially if for example breakfast when the food is still warm that has just come out of the kitchen.

The staff is very friendly, but the cleanliness of the rooms needs to be improved.

Strategic for tourism, historical places can be seen nearby. Good place to eat Javanese food and Sundanese food.

The hotel's position is in the center of Jalan Braga, making it difficult to park, so the hotel team helped... when checking out, we had to wait up to 30 minutes for the vehicle to be ready due to a lack of communication between the field team and the team at the hotel. Hopefully this will improve.

The score is 5/10. Location is perfect, need to make sure that the room is clean and furniture and carpet need to be replaced (room cleanliness should be a major evaluation) Parking area is chaotic, cars are piled up in front of the lobby.
