Always pleasant and friendly staff. Hotel facilities are very good.

The biggest let down was the telephone in the room died so it was kinda a hassle to ask for hairdryer since they didn’t provide in-room hairdryer (you have to ask the receptionist for it). Other than that my experience was ok. The plus point they still let me had my breakfast even tho I came down to the resto exactly at 10 AM (the bfast ends at 10 AM).

The hotel is comfortable, close to the city, clean, but the variety of food menu needs to be increased. Overall it is good.

I prioritize staying at Santika if I'm on business in Lombok. The hotel's atmosphere is calm and comfortable... Right in front of the hotel is Sangkaeng Park. Perfect for jogging or just exercising.

A delightful experience staying in the heart of Mataram with my family in a spacious and comfortable Santika Suite. Hotel Santika's proximity to Sangkreang Park allows children to play and walk under the shady trees. The swimming pool is a favorite spot for my 4-year-old and 8-year-old children.
