Nice hotel, great staff, comfortable bed

The staff is friendly and very helpful. The rooms are clean and spacious. Close to Surabaya's old town. There are many street photographers both during the day and at night. The food is varied. Children under 5 years old will receive an additional breakfast of Rp. 50,000.

Staying here is really great, almost perfect… the security in front of the parking lot is friendly, the FO is friendly… the room is comfortable, the bed is soft and clean… especially the location is strategic…

The staff is friendly, but the junior suite room I booked wasn't cleaned. The bathroom sink was stained, the sheets smelled and were stained, it looked like they were used by the previous guest. The refrigerator still had food from the previous guest.

Nice place to stay, near tourism spot

For a comfortable and nice location, it's close to the old town with lots of people selling it, so it's easier to just walk and explore the location more easily. The only downside is the cleanliness of the pillowcases and bed sheets, which are dull and still have dirty stains, and the breakfast menu should be more varied.

In the morning, we confirmed the checkout time with one of the hotel staff, and were told it was as stated. However, when we returned to the hotel, we couldn't open the room, and it turned out our belongings had been moved at the front desk without us notifying them. We were very disappointed. Thank you.

nice clean even though the hotel is old .. but Wifi at no. 720, the signal is bad. Earlier I told the receptionist to go to the lower floor because I was sick too, I thought I would take the stairs but it turned out there was a lift.. I was given the upper floor. If I had known the signal would be this slow, I wouldn't have wanted to go to the 7th floor. So what else could I do? LG.. for cleanliness, it's incredibly clean.
