Overall, it's good, but I'm a little disappointed with the extra bed... It's a bit dirty and dusty, like my old mattress. I have trouble sleeping because of the smell, which makes me cough and have an itchy nose because I'm allergic to dust. Perhaps a better suggestion would be to replace the extra bed with a better one, not a mattress that can be rolled up like that. Thank you.

The rules are too strict, check out must be exactly at 12 o'clock, otherwise there will be an additional fee. Children over 8 years old are considered adults.

The entrance road is made of stones in the middle of a tea plantation. Hopefully it can be repaired soon. At least level it first, it will be great. The villa is cool, there is a chimney so you can burn it.

We felt like we were being spied on, being counted, even though we came in a normal number (three families with small children), renting two villas with two bedrooms each, and if we had more, we would have paid. Sure enough, they were constantly running around counting and sending messages about additional charges, like a threat.

This is actually good, the breakfast menu is varied. It's just that there are a lot of flies. There are only a few utensils in the kitchen, and if you want to use a rice cooker, you have to rent another 120,000 Rupiah. The iron bed makes a creaking sound when you move slightly, and the TV is still old-fashioned and has limited broadcasts because it's still analog.

Stayed overnight with my wife and child, got room no. 4, with 2 bedrooms, 1 king bed and 1 twin bed. My wife and small child slept in the king bed, and that night they couldn't sleep because of many strange noises, and heard people walking on the rooftop. The morning breakfast with an unappetizing menu, this is the first time I've stayed at a resort/hotel with a very ordinary breakfast. It's very different if we eat at the restaurant where we pay for the Room, Breakfast... Facilities.. Service...

Very satisfied healing here, the view is well maintained. Room 2 is perfect for a small family, there is a complete kitchen with a stove, pan, kettle, plates, glasses, spoons, forks, and even dish soap is provided.. refrigerator and drinking water are given 2 gallons for 2 days.. highly recommended. There is a cold water pool and a warm water pool too.. really cool.. oh yeah, then try buying the mie kocok and mie goreng, they are really delicious..

The kettle is not washed properly. The hot water turns on and off.

This vacation was truly delightful! Staying at the Tea Garden Resort felt like escaping the hustle and bustle of the city and reconnecting with nature. The cool mountain air greeted us as soon as we arrived, coupled with the view of the expansive green tea plantations as far as the eye could see—truly soothing to the heart and mind.

Cool, really nice for a family staycation

The place is comfortable, there is a hot spring pool, there is a swimming pool and the food is delicious.

Location in the middle of pristine nature

It's truly a comfortable place to rest, away from the noise and fresh air. Try waking up early and taking a walk around the hotel. The views are beautiful.

Nice natural view💚💚, calm,, suitable for healing, cheap price, ok facilities, there is a warm water pool,, swimming pool too,, breakfast could be improved LG for the taste & choice of food,, I was hesitant to stay here because there were many bad reviews on Google, but during my stay here, Alhamdulillah, everything was safe, the kids were also happy Because in front of the resort there is a deer farm, even though it is paid LG but it's ok, it's not expensive, the staff are friendly & helpful,,

The villa is nice, comfortable, the air is fresh and the view is beautiful, the hotel staff is quick to respond when needed. It was a pleasant experience staying at the Tea Garden Resort. Hopefully, I can stay there again next time.

Room 13 should have a hedge, because the family room is all glass and faces directly onto the street where people go back and forth. The room is not very clean, when I opened the bed cover 🤯 the white sheets were covered in black powder like old sheets, I don't know if they have been used or not. There is one bed whose mattress has collapsed, a resort seagarga 1.4 at least a bed like that. I feel reluctant to go back again.
