Hotel staff is not on standby, room and toilet cleanliness can be considered again. For strategic location.

The hotel staff is never on standby at their place so if you need anything it takes a while. Other than that, it's great.

Kamar gak sesuai. Dipindahin ke Kuta Sari, kamar belom bisa kepake. Dipindahin lagi ke Matahari Guest House. Dapat kamar kecil banget dengan tempat tidur double. Handle pintu rusak. Handuk bau. Gak ada kaca. Kecewa banget padahal harga lumayan di atas rata-rata.

Throwed to another motel (Matahari Kuta Beach), in another motel the rooms were very smelly, the air conditioner was not cold, the receptionist was not there at night, I wanted to complain that it was very difficult, all cellphone numbers died.

(I quite often stay at the bemo, now I can't get mineral water, TV channels) either. clean as before.

Ma'am the receptionist is not friendly when checking in, in contrast to the receptionist who is a guy when checking out can be friendly. Actually it was comfortable to stay here but the facilities were lacking like crumpled towels, no soap and minimal plugs available.

Comfortable, cool air-conditioning, central Kuta location close to Kuta culinary night market, will definitely come back again.

The air conditioner didn't taste, no soap or shampoo, the toilet smelled, the mattress was itchy.

Strategic hotel, the hotel is also quite comfortable but when checking in is too convoluted Belit ... requested ID card, asked where we come from even though from the ID card it's clear where we are from, so the check in process is quite long.

+ Fast check-in check-out, spacious rooms, cold AC, good staff, smooth warm water, low prices, strategic location. - Frequent AC service (once every 2 days so it's quite annoying). Note: not suitable for elderly people (the stairs are big / gada lift), not suitable for those who bring / rent a car (doank motorbike parking), don't forget to bring your own toiletries (not provided except for anduk) stay here really recommend 👍

For that price, it's really worth it. Rooms are quite clean, drink welcoming, TV and AC. Mumah, the bathroom door is a bit stuck.
