I've booked 4 rooms. We chose this hotel because of their in good location but 1. 5 stars? No it's 3 stars hotel with big lobby 2. No aircond at all at lobby, lift lobby, in the lift 3. Aircord in 1 of the room booked was intermittent (the worst thing is that was the bride's room!) 4. Bathtub is not in good condition 5. The worst: during checkout time, my car spilled by paint! But luckily got compensation by the contractor. Even thought we have the nightmare, the hotel still served the delicious foods with reasonable price. We're having dinner on the bed and delightful breakfast. Also we checkout at 2pm. Thanks! The funny part is we also been penalized by the hotel due to some of the linen which was applied with henna. But it's ok since the bride has paid the penalty of RM300! This is the risk of celebrating 'malam berinai' in the hotel. Hahaha last but not least, thank you to Ms Susan the floor manager for helping us to settle all the problems. Finally, it's awesome experience performing 'malam berinai' with the lovely friend at The Katerina Hotel. But we will never come back again until you upgrade your hotel. Thanks.
