Hand shower leaking water, small room, itchy bed, table full of small ants everywhere.

Itchy bed ants, small bathroom, leaking hand shower, low water.

It just so happened that when I was there, there were repairs to the water, but this made me uncomfortable all day, I couldn't turn on the water, I couldn't even defecate.

No toiletries, hotel slippers, refillable water. No tissue, tea coffee. Nothing for that price, it should not be appropriate.

A fairly comfortable hotel near the station.

The location is strategic and the service is good

the service is friendly, not slow, the room is called,,

can be used as a reference for a place to stay while in Bandung.

The room smells of cigarette smoke, there is used security packaging in the drawer, limited TV channels, other than that the AC is cold, the water heater is working properly, the WiFi is working properly.

No hot waters, room are not clean bed sheet was brown iso of white 🥲. I'll never stay here again.

Simple hotel don't expect more

Need to improve for fasility and cleanliness.

The staff is friendly, but the room facilities are lacking, otherwise it's pretty good.

The room was so bad, dirty and smells cigarrete. There is no toothbrush & toothpaste

The door handle of the room was broken, there were cockroaches in the room, the room was hot not cold, the linen was not renewed.

The location is quite strategic, close to Circle K. However, when you arrive at the room, the door is difficult to open and the first thing you smell is a musty or unpleasant odor. There is no bottled water/tea/coffee provided, only a kettle for refilling in the front dispenser and even then it is dirty. The bathroom is quite narrow and smells damp/unpleasant. Even from the room and bathroom you can hear the noise of the next room. There are quite a lot of ants on the table.. quite dusty.. breakfast served in a box, is no longer warm and tastes bad🙏 very downgrade from the Zodiak Hotel that I know

It's really not worth it for the price of 740 thousand, for breakfast, the rice is just steamed rice and the rice smells, 🫨🫨🫨🫨🫨

want to take a morning shower but there is no water ordered a non-smoking room but it smells of cigarettes

Not bad for a hotel at that price, it's not too noisy and it's quiet, the staff is friendly too, just the mattress is a bit dirty.

The water in the shower is off and when it is on it is brown
