What I liked: Strategic location, helpful and friendly reception staff (Ms. Devi), spacious rooms, ample parking, ATM in front of the hotel, good swimming pool on the rooftop, and lockers. What I didn't like: - The sheets and bedcover in the room looked like they hadn't been changed and had lots of stains. - The restaurant staff at breakfast were unfriendly, and I found a long hair in my water glass, and there was no apology. The food was lacking in variety, but the staff's friendliness made up for it. - The room wasn't soundproof, and there were lots of children screaming and running around in the corridors. - Room cleanliness needs to be improved; there were cigarette butts in the room. Overall, this is a great place to bring a family, especially if you have small children who can play in the pool. Thank you.
