Everything is good. However, the food is not nice. 😅 Not much variety.

rooms are clean and spacious! the living room was great and big but unfortunately the air conditioner a lil bit smelly at the 1st day but after all super good! will comeback soon.

Everything is perfect from the beginning. Nice and helpful staff starting from the bellboy to the receptionist. The room is bigger for 2 person. Like studio unit minus the washing machine. Everything is clean, Will stay again next time

Very nice and comfy. Many good eateries nearby. Easy accessibility, walking distance to Bukit Bintang, Jalan Alor(food street) and shopping malls

Good and spacious accommodation. A bit dated but it 's a decent choice for its location and price.

The hotel room is super spacious and they provide a very complete utensils, from spoons & forks to plates & bowls, electric kettle, microwave & toaster. Location also very strategic.

Spacious rooms, near the road. Alor, KLCC, easy access everywhere.

Check in process was quite lengthy, I had to wait for 1 hour as the room was still being cleaned. Parking was tricky. Everything else was wonderful.

Overall very satisfied staying at Parkroyal Serviced Suites. The location is very strategic close to everywhere. Around the hotel there are many places to eat and coin laundry. The hotel staff is friendly. Only breakfast choices are not many but the taste is quite good. Next time if I go to KL I will stay here again.

It's awesome premises! Very clean and neat👍🏻 My kids really like the bath-up and everything about the room. Very Strategic location too, worth the money. 7-11 is just next the hotel. Another credit for the receptionist miss Ira, she is so nice and friendly, she gave us room at higher floor with a nice view of Twin Tower. Thanks Ira!

Kamar luas, bersih, nyaman. Dekat dengan jalan alor dan daerah bukit bintang. Pasti akan menginap lagi di sini jika ke kl.

Kamar nya besar dan Sangat Luas bisa tidur buat 4 Orang, Next ke KL pasti nginap di hotel ini lagi.
