The place is nice, comfortable and there is a lot of food in the area.

the staff are friendly and supportive when checking in/out; the room is stylishly designed and the most importantly, clean; the vibe is modern with contemporary style; the neighbourhood is surrounded with heritage shop houses; highly recommended if you are slightly on the budget

For cleanliness, everything is ok, only the floor of the family room 4 suites has a leaking AC gutter or how can the floor get wet so it's a bit slippery, MRT Eunos gets off and wants to go to the hotel, I suggest taking a taxi or looking for a bus because it's quite far if you walk, the family room is fine

We stayed in the Family Room for 8 nights. Pros: the AC is very cold, there is a bathtub, towels are changed and the bed is tidied up every day, but not mopped. Cons: the wifi is not very strong, there is no bedside table, because the interior is all black, even a speck of dust is immediately visible.

First time staying here and it was better than I expected. Staff were friendly and accommodating, allowed me to check in earlier. Room is a bit small but it was OK for 2 of us. Clean and they even made the bed and clean the room, refilled the basic amenities as well. Room has hair dryer, mini fridge, kettle. There are many eateries and public transportation (bus stop) is within walking distance-may need to walk further to take MRT. Overall a pleasant stay.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall hotel is very clean and have a nice smell at the lobby. The room very well function. Although its a small space, but the layout make us feel comfortable. The bathroom is very small, but its well function. No floaty water, clean, and the shower is well function. Love the area of the hotel location, surrounded by Singaporean Shop House, with various of cafe and restaurant. The area also less crowded and not too touristy area, suitable for travellers that seeking for less crowded area. However the nearest MRT station is around 20 minutes walking distance. But there are bus stop options around the hotel. Love the hotel and the area!

Luxurious and clean hotel, ideal place to rest. Room ok compared to general area in Singapore. There are only 81 rooms in the hotel. So I see many people asking for small rooms. Mh I think it's ok.

I read many bad reviews about this hotel before, in google review, but when I stay, it is totally the opposite. For the price this hotel is consider cheap in singapore. Hotel lobby, room, bathroom, lift, is all clean and smells good, no mold (like another review) and quite spacious. They clean everyday, you can ask the time of cleaning to match your schedulle, the amenities is good, I really love the soap and shampoo, it has tea fragrance that makes you relax after long walk. The hotel So close to bus stop, no. 33, many halal foods around, many mini market near the traditional market, staff is so friendly. MRT can be reach by walking or bus. Getting arround everywhere is easy. The neighbourhood in joo chiat is unique, no one is rushing it 's kind of slow living here, very enjoyable.

Great location surrounding with public transportations, local food stalls/restaurants, few steps to 7-eleven, also staffs are really nice, good room provided for us.

Secara lokasi, kamar dan kebersihannya sebenarnya cukup oke. Tapi ada yang disayangkan, proses check in yang menurut saya cukup lama. Saya datang ketika high season memang, yaitu ketika konser coldplay. Harusnya pihak hotel menyediakan lebih dari 1 orang di meja resepsionis, agar antrian dan waktu menunggu tidak terlalu lama.

Good services from the staff, they tidy up the room everyday, the area is good and there ' s a bus stop near the hotel. But the room is kind a small, we can't open two medium luggage at the same time.
