We returned to this hotel the second time as we had a great experience the first time round! Staff were friendly and accommodating! Excellent breakfast spread everyday! Will definitely return again!

Free parking with easy car park access behind the hotel building, just steps away from Alor Street and famous Bukit Bintang area.

Though room is relatively small but good use of space. The room uses iPad to control lighting, curtain, TV etc which is quite neat.

Great hotel with smart device in the room. The XL size King bed is a plus and cleanness is super. Highly- recommended for couple trip.

The hotel's location is what drew me to stay here. Close to the city center and lots of food nearby. Minor suggestion would be the bed, it was too soft for me. But overall was really impressed by the cleanliness and the service.

4 star hotel with citizenM Canteen The room facilities are not too big but very high-tech using an iPad to control the lighting system, AC, cleanliness, TV. All the facilities are quite complete, only lacking in the complementary section, there is no coffee and tea and a hot water kettle in the room but you can order coffee and tea directly at citizenM canteen 24 hours Close to money changers, 7-11, convenience stores, Alor Street and the Bukit Bintang area The room is equipped with very cold AC, TV, window views, exotic lights, complete bathroom equipment and supplies, mini cupboard, office desk, lounge chair and room service via telephone The restaurant has very good food, although not too big but the food is quite varied and delicious and filling. Lots of comfortable sofas and seats May stay again at this hotel. This hotel is ideal for people who understand the sophistication of the system

Only 1 bed & close to the wall. So if you sleep on the inside, getting out of bed is a bit difficult, you have to pass/disturb your bed partner.

We are family of 4, staying one night for our last day in Kuala Lumpur, The services was very great, the hotel is very bright and welcoming, room is very simple, cozy and clean, with smart ipad to control whatever inside your room. Breakfast is good, nasi lemak was my favorite, the staff is very helpful and friendly we have a lot of baggae that the weight need to be meusure before we depart, it take a lot of effort to do that, and the staff is there waiting and helping us. We meet the GM and we do sharing a lot about hotels and operational, he is very friendly and stylish GM, good leader bring good hotel with great hospitality, we hope when we back we can meet him again. The hotel ambience is very good for working, they have mac on the second floor, meeting room, and a lot of working desk with electricity plug. Super convinience. Citizen Says 100! Hospitality points.

We will come again. Location is really good. Facilities are clean. Quite small room but we know it, it is enough for 2 to 3 days stay. They link most of electronic equipment to an iPad in your room. Many books to read and nice decor in their reception area. Breakfast is good. Staffs are friendly.

Kamar bagus, bersih dan cukup canggih namun agak sempit. Sarapan tidak variatif tapi rasanya sangat enak. Bila berkunjung ke Kuala Lumpur, akan kembali lagi kesini.
