Entering the room that was given, I was immediately greeted by 3 cockroaches. Before making the reservation, I had called to make sure if there was a buffer sahur, they answered that the sahur was a buffet during the month of Ramadan, but it turned out that it was the same, the sahur was changed to in the room. I had ordered juice, they said that they would deliver whatever juice was available, I couldn't choose, but it turned out that during sahur, they didn't provide juice.

Nice to stay. Very clean, strategic near going to PIM. Comfort, the staff very friendly.

The closest place to the Ciputat area, the rooms are quite good, the condition is indeed a bit old (classic)

The drinking bottle was dusty, the tissue when asked for a refill was said to be out of stock. The pool also looks neglected, there is moss and it is not clean, even the jacuzzi has been closed since covid? 🫠 The staff is friendly Oh yeah, it turns out the parking lot is quite far away so if it rains heavily it's a headache what to do, because the parking lot is outdoor and you have to walk first to get to the hotel lobby

The hotel is convenience and strategically located, close to the MRT and major malls such as Pondok Indah Mall. Highly recommended for those visiting Jakarta for a short time on business.

All is well, the restaurant is semi-outdoor.

The room smell not good, the bath robe smell bad, (old cloth), in bath room, the toothbrush only 1, the chair in room not suitable as like 4 star hotel

The staff is friendly, I called at half past 2 in the morning to deliver medicine for my child and they still responded very well. Satisfied staying here

Card can't tap the door, have to call someone with bad response, AC is hot, even though I changed the card, it's still hot, the sink is clogged, the phone only vibrates with poor sound quality, food ordered at half past 6 was only delivered at 8 after 5 complaints even though at 7 the hotel had already called to inform me that it would be delivered upstairs because it was uncomfortable, I checked out at 10 pm and didn't stay there.

Quick check in, easy to access, city view, good ambience, soundproof.

Good hotel to stay during visiting south Jakarta.
