Actually wrong location booking hotel but its okay. My experience from security, parking, receptionist and restaurant its excellent service and no minus, Manteplah..

It was fun to staycation at Grand Mercure Harmoni, close to everywhere.

The room is very comfortable and the service is also very friendly.

Close to mall and city center

The worst hotel breakfast experience I have ever had. Because the hotel was full, breakfast was moved to a limited and unsuitable place. Limited menu and no seating. Guests eat while standing in front of the food being served. The menu is equivalent to / below a 3-star hotel, the conditions are dirty because there are lots of food spills because guests eat while standing.

The staff are friendly and the check-in process is fast, as is the checkout process. Highly recommended.
