The room is comfortable and clean. Unfortunately, it is not soundproof. But during the stay there, I felt at home and slept soundly. It's a shame to walk from the lobby to the front gate if it's too dark at night. If it's morning or evening, there's no problem.

Overall ok, but the TV is not Android yet, while currently almost everyone watches through TV applications. The food menu is less varied because we stayed for 4 days and 3 nights but breakfast was still fried rice, porridge and others. A class like Mercure should be more varied.

The floor wasn't mopped & sticky to the feet, the mattress wasn't cleaned 🫠 Even though the price is 1 million+. I don't think I'll come back again.

The hotel staff is very friendly, the rooms are also very nice, highly recommended.

Comfortable child friendly access close to anywhere

Booked 2 rooms with 2 children... when checking in the staff knew for themselves that they had chosen a connecting room with 1 double bed & 1 twin bed.

Spacious and clean room. Cold AC. Too bad the soap was empty when we checked in. Checking needs to be improved

Suggest to have area for storage waiting for the room ready or waiting for flight.

The lights in the room were not bright enough, there were no lights on the balcony, the staff were not friendly, they only smiled occasionally, and the food lacked variety.

I like this hotel, the location, cleanliness, the staff were perfect. We came late at night and the Costumer service was nice, she just give us two rooms side by side with connecting door without asking. The ac didn't work perfectly in my room so I have to call them about this issue. Their response was fast, even it was in the middle of the night, technicians came in a minute to fix it. The only thing that I don't really like is how they setup the bathroom and vanity. They don't need to put 2 heavy glass doors inside the small size rooms.

Hotel was okay. I love their huge garden. Just during my stay the TV is broken but fortunately I'm not really a TV person so it was not a big deal for me. I'd like to draw your attention to the bed sheet, please make sure no stains attached on the sheets. Other than that all okay. Parking space is huge, staff is responsive and polite. Thanks for the service 🙏🏼.

Pool View room on high floor would be recommended. All staffs are helpful and friendly. Soka restaurant was full during breakfast 08:00 AM on Nyepi Day 😊, got the only seating exactly near the leaking on the ceiling area.

Kamarnya bersih, pelayanannya memuaskan, makanannya enak, kolam renangnya bersih, hotel recommended.

Nice location, but compare to mercure hotels in java still need to improve.

The hotel is a bit old, the mattress for the Accor hotw group class should have been replaced with a new mattress, the condition of the mattress is uncomfortable, the breakfast menu is limited.

In one of the bed, there are small ants. And my boss happened to sleep on that bed, the whole night ants running around her body, we didn't report to the front desk when we checked out as we were in a hurry, 6am we have to meet our group.

Book a junior suite room, the condition of the room is not like the suites in general, not neat, the room is very narrow, the curtains are loose, the towels are knotted.

Comfortable and clean, but I got very far to the end. Maybe because it got a disc price. Overall fun.
