beautiful view, cool air, clean room...

1. Towels are available when it's almost Isha, the hotel said they are still in the laundry. So for those of us who are used to not bringing towels, it's a hassle. Not prepared for spare stock. 2. There is no sofa in the room, at least a chair. 3. No mirror, in the room! When you want to look in the mirror, you have to go to the bathroom first, you have to get muddy first. 4. No clothesline! Allahu Akbar. The price per night is expensive, but all that is not there? 5. Refill food at breakfast, takes a long time. It seems that the hotel is not used to dealing with full bookings. The variety of food is also standard. 6. If possible, the road/parking lot towards the restaurant can be improved. It feels like the road conditions are outside the hotel.

The staff are very friendly, the hotel is clean, the food is delicious even though there was no buffet when we went there, it's really worth it for the price of 500, you can get a hotel with facilities like this. The downside is the room is a bit dimly lit and the distance from the swimming pool to the room is quite far below but it's still okay. Thank you dago heuvel👍🏻

OK overall. Staying here twice is impressive. The swimming pool doesn't smell of chlorine. There is a garden near the room. For kids to walk and run. There is a roof top for Bandung landscape from a height. Good👍🏼

The staff and security are kind and friendly, if we need help they are responsive and provide very good service.

The staff at breakfast were very friendly, and the food was also very delicious. Sundanese was very suitable for my taste. It would be better if they served it in the morning with steamed rice so that the atmosphere could be felt more.

Everything is good, only the wifi needs to be fixed, there is no wifi in the hotel, even though usually budget hotels have Netflix and YouTube available on the TV.

The hotel staff is friendly, and the environment is quiet, comfortable and peaceful, but in the executive city view room 622 the water heater is broken or not working, right? Because when taking a shower it's really cold if you don't use warm water, please improve it again. The rest is good ♥.

Overall OK. Nice place. The receptionist and all the staff are friendly. Breakfast is delicious. The only thing lacking is the cleanliness of the bed starting from the sheets, pillow cases and bed covers. Itchy and there are blood stains. Please pay attention. That's the only thing that needs to be improved. Next time will definitely stay here again. Btw, the view from the cafe is really cool and the cafe staff is friendly and communicative. Very appreciated.

4-star room, facilities like inn; There is not a single chair in the room, 1/2 pk AC is not cold, additional charges are applied for the room. Not according to the review in the application menu. Note for those who want to plan to book this resort, it is better to survey the place directly, not through the application, afraid of regretting it like me.
