Firstly,they charged a lot ,200Rm,double the room rate price(100Rm)as the deposit.And gave me a very long contract and two cards.One is room card,the other one is elevator card.I only knew if the card has been lost,all the deposit 200Rm will be punished.
The second day,above 11am,we went to the swimming pool,and left our room card inside my room.So I went to the reception to ask them to open the door for me. The front desk staff replied to me waiting in front of my room.So I asked my father waiting in front of my room,and I went to the swimming pool.He had waited at least 1 hour.After they opened the room door after half past 12 o'clock at least,my farther told me back,and then I prepared to check out.But when I checked out at 1 o'clock,they charged me 30Rm for delay.They claimed they opened the door at half past 12.They made me waiting so long time without any apology,but charged me 30rm for the reason they called delay beyond checking out time 30mins and didn't give me any proof or fine receipt,just returned 170Rm deposit.
