just intimate surprise for my birthday and all team really involed make a wonderfull staycation.Thank you

This is the umpteenth time staying at Intercontinental and satisfied with the responsive service and immediately helping us, even though we had to move rooms from 1516 to 1610 because of the AC not being cold, we are still satisfied because of the responsive service and good feedback to the guests. Thank you to the super friendly Ms. Brenda and also Mr. Harris who has listened to guest input to improve the facilities in the room even better. The swimming pool is GREAT, the view is cool and the life guard is very helpful in taking our pictures 💙. A fun staycation vacation at Intercontinental. Very Recommended 👍

Everything was just perfect. Services, room and restaurant.

Good for staycation, beside the mall and have direct access to Pondok Indah 2 Mall. Had a small swimming pool. Easier to find food and entertainment.

Stayed here for one night just because of a wedding. Everything is good. I love the bathroom amenities. Breakfast is okay. They made awesome Cortado.

It was all great. Hotel facilities, all friendly staff, comfort, cleanliness, everything was very satisfying. The hotel staff was very helpful with all my needs while staying there. I stayed in a smoking room with balcony, it didn't feel like a smoking room. The air circulation in the room was still very good. Breakfast was varied and all delicious.

My family favorite place to staycation in Jakarta!

Concierge was very helpful and all the staff were very nice. Everything was super clean and appliances worked well (good maintenance standards!) We booked the night for NY and we could see fireworks from our room - we had a pretty sweet view of the city & surrounding neighborhood. Plus, it's attaches to PIM, which is in my opinion the best mall in Jakarta since forever.

Location is the best, with direct access to Pondok Indah Mall. The staff was also very acommodating, ad very friendly. Will definitely stay here again.

We stayed here one night for mini staycation as a family of three (with an infant). Had top notch services from check in all the way to check out. 1. They allowed us for an early check-in 2. Got complimentary cookie and chocolate cake delivered to our room (huge thanks to Ms. Olivia Redjo!) 3. Spacious and clean bedroom and bathroom 4. Location is on the top of PIM 2, perfect places to find meals while enjoying our time at the hotel. 5. We also received complimentary non-alcoholic welcome drinks - their matcha vanilla was so good! 6. Breakfast options were plenty, breakfast staffs were attentive and friendly - kept on asking me and my husband on whether we needed anything else to be delivered to our table, since they saw us carrying an infant. Thank you! 7. They allowed us for late checkout, allowing extra time for us to pack everything and matching my pumping schedule. Overall, we had a pleasant experience and will definitely stay here again for our next staycation! Thank you Intercontinental and IHG.
