Nice visit to Henry Cowell Redwoods, hotel was about 10-15 Located near restaurants.

Staff was inviting and the room was spotless

Short staffed. No room cleaning at all.

The room was amazing. So big, with a lot of floor room to accommodate 2 large dogs. Our dogs are well behaved but it was nice to hav a big smile from the staff.

We arrived the day the area experienced a tornado. There was no power at the property when we arrived so there was no way to reach the property to get any sort of status update. We ended up going to another hotel for the night. We were able to check in the following day. Overall, the property was clean, room was large, and parking was free. My only gripe was that no refund for the first night was even offered or suggested until I asked for it even though I mentioned I had to get another hotel for the first night since noone was at the hotel and the phones weren't working.

Nice property, even after a horrible storm! The staff had a lot to contend with (tornado in the area and no power) but were kind and welcoming.

Need to figure out how to quiet the room doors. Very loud can always here when other visitors enter their rooms at night.

Have always loved staying here but this time I was a little dissapointed. One vanity light was burnt out, the entrance door to our room was hard to close making us have to slam it shut (very loud), bed was not comfortable, including the spread which was krinkly and not soft at all. No additional blankets were offered, the corners of the bed frame were wood and sharp if you accidentally bumped into it. The refrigerator and microwave were on the floor which made it harder to reach.

Clean, comfortable hotel. Delightful staff - always welcoming and helpful.

The rooms are dated and not very welcoming. It was a very cold night and there were no extra blankets in the closet as in most of the other hotels I've stayed in. The walls are thin, so the sound of the person snoring in the next room was very aggravating.

Really uncomfortable mattress but good otherwise. We woke up sore and achy.

Internet was not good.
