All is good. The room is spacious and comfortable.

Nice and pleasant, the staff is also friendly and the breakfast food is varied.

Our family always loves to staycation at Holiday Inn & Suites JAKARTA GAJAH MADA, and we have stayed there several times for vacation. When we wanted to check in on D+3 of Eid in a very crowded condition, all the staff always gave their best effort to provide their best service with friendliness and efficiency, especially for Mr. Hendra D. who gave us a room upgrade. For all the facilities, they are always clean, complete and the best provided for guests, for example cable TV with many channels, very fast Wifi even when we were not in the room area while still in the hotel area, even the toilets and swimming pools were always clean, fragrant and provided very complete amenities for guests. The breakfast is complete with many variations of menus (Indonesian, western and Chinese food), the taste is delicious and always refilled quickly, I always love their pastry section. The location of the hotel is very close to everywhere, close to grocery stores, close to Busway Stops, close to tourist attractions and close to many restaurants and street food vendors that are delicious and affordable Our children always enjoy staying at this hotel and of course we will make a staycation at this hotel our family's main choice.

I had a pleasant stay overall. The housekeeping service was great, with the room being cleaned every day, which I really appreciated. However, the bathroom floor was often wet due to a poor draining system, which could be a bit of a hassle. The breakfast spread was really good, and I particularly enjoyed the ice chocolate – it was definitely a highlight! The service from Mr. Jimmy and his colleague was exceptional; they were friendly and attentive throughout my stay. One downside was the location. It's a bit far from the central city, so I had to deal with traffic congestion every day. However, it’s conveniently located near an Indomaret, which was handy for quick errands. All in all, I’d rate my experience an 8.5/10. Would definitely recommend for those looking for a quieter stay, but be prepared for the commute into the city. Thank you so much ! :)

When I arrived at check-in, I was informed that the room I booked, 1 bedroom, was sold out. Alhamdulillah, without any hassle. The staff named Jefri immediately gave me an upgrade to a larger 2 bedroom room at no additional cost. I was also given 4 20% hotel food discount vouchers and 4 free ice tea vouchers.
