Everything is ok but the cleaning is not good, the toilet is old and smells like sewer

Nice hotel. Spacious and comfortable room. Very convenient for families with small children.

Always stay in this hotel every time we visit Ho Chi Minh. Nice room, nice staff, good ambience.

The loft type is okay. It's just not nice to go up and down the stairs to the room and the sofa. The room is okay. Not really wow. There are lots of food in front of the residence. Varied and cheap. The only problem is the location, it's really far from District 1. So it's not suitable for those who want to go on vacation because all the tourist attractions are in District 1. Sonata Residence is in District 7. Yes, 30 minutes using Grab.

Polite staff. Clean bed. Indian restaurant ready to help. Cheap price. Good location near supermarket. Overall 10 points for quality. I also work as an hourly maid but I also want to have time with my husband so I chose to stay here. Good, cheap and nutritious. My husband and I stayed for only one night and slept very well. Thank you very much hotel.

Nice place, clean hotel. But the staff is not very friendly, or they are born that way, but they rarely smile.

From the outside, the hotel looks very big, spacious, and luxurious. But when I checked in, I was shocked, the room was tiny and stuffy. I think student dorms are even bigger and more airy. The toilet had no toilet paper, the bathroom door was dirty, narrow, and there was not even hot water. The bedroom had a kitchen and sink right opposite (??), I think it only needed a microwave, having a kitchen + sink would take up space and not really be necessary. And there were very few electrical outlets.

The room is very dirty, lots of cobwebs, the bathroom smells, the air conditioner is like there is no air conditioner, it turns off many times in one night. Not really comfortable staying here.

The apartment is rented for a long time, so the hygiene is not good. The rooms have many stains, the bathroom is not cleaned, the equipment in the room is old, some are broken but have not been replaced/repaired. However, the apartment is in the process of renovation, I hope the above problems will be improved.

The apartment smells strongly of mothballs, the bathroom is designed like a tomb and looks very creepy. My children and I don't dare to use the bathroom on the 2nd floor. The equipment is old and dilapidated, the soundproofing is extremely poor. The stairs creak and creak very scary. I have never stayed in such a bad hotel. The price is not cheap either. Will never book again.

The floor was wet right after cleaning but still accepting guests. I walked in without paying attention and got my socks wet. There was no trash can in the toilet, no hair dryer, no slippers, and the TV didn't connect to YouTube :))))) Everything else was fine, the staff was friendly and enthusiastic.

The bathroom door was very dirty, there were many black stains at the bottom of the door. The room was not soundproofed at all and my room was opposite the garbage room so it was very noisy, every time someone went to take out the garbage, I could hear the sound of the door opening and closing in the opposite garbage room. The noise from the window also came in. This time I was very disappointed with the soundproofing of the room, not as good as the previous times I stayed

The important thing is that the hotel is 4 stars but the bed sheets are not clean and I feel itchy when using the bed even though the sheets are changed, I still feel itchy (because I asked to change the sheets when I felt uncomfortable), after I sprayed disinfectant it got a little better but it still feels ITCHY AGAIN.

The room booked was a city view but the staff brought us to a room with a roof view, which was a bit disappointing. The toilet was a bit cramped and the equipment was a bit old.

Dirty room - has cockroaches and smells and is very noisy

The price is not reasonable to the quality. I do not appreciate your cleanness and tidiness. The AC is too loud, we can not fall asleep, facilities are also old and not looked like the pictures 🤧.
