Amazing, the hotel, the swimming pool is very cold, the food is also varied and delicious, the comfort in this hotel is extraordinary.

We were warmly welcomed by the receptionist, Rikki. He explained the terms of stay very well. However, I might have missed the explanation about where my room was and its location. just figured it out myself by asking the lady at the residence area, and she told me where the location was. Overall, the service was good. Just a small feedback regarding the breakfast area by the pool. I was unsure whether the tables were in use or not. As an outdoor venue enthusiast, it would like to dine at the outdoor tables. However, the condition of the tables was not very presentable (dusty), which seemed to downgrade the value of the restaurant's facilities. However we wish to stay back. Thank you.

for an environment close to the city center, there are many areas to visit, unfortunately the parking lot is small

I went there yesterday and it was unusual to get a room that was a bit cramped, even though I chose the same type.

This hotel is highly recommended for local and overseas/out of town friends. For me, the first thing is when I enter the room, it doesn't smell/stuffy. The service is OK, the bathroom is clean, the view of the room I occupied is also nice. Basically, it is very satisfying and don't hesitate to stay at this hotel. Great

1. I like traveling and staying in hotels, I have never experienced a hotel with a blackout from midnight until dawn. So at night we couldn't sleep because of the heat and horror. Contacting the operator via the cabin telephone didn't work. Contacting via the hotel telephone number also no one answered. A very unpleasant experience. 2. I booked a suite room, the cabin telephones in the living room and the room could not be operated. 3. For a hotel that big, they only provide 2 elevators. So we waited a long time to use the elevator.

The parking lot is narrow. At night, always park outside, on the side of the road. But for the room it's okay. Only the towel was black.

Its a great stay. The room is modern and clean. Easy to get grab at anytime.

First time staying at this hotel. First I got a room at 1758, the AC wasn't cold at all, I wanted to ask to move rooms but all my stuff had been taken out. Then my friend in room 1762, the bathroom door was locked from the inside, fortunately no one was inside. If possible, always check the AC regularly in each room and door too. Even though it's the first time, it's disappointing. The swimming pool is also not available until the evening only at 6pm. Thank You.

I booked 3 bedroom for 7 person. I check in 2 hours early from my initial check in timing, hotel asked to pay Rupiah 100000, for each room, so I just follow the policy. But this is first time A hotel asking for early check in fee. And Wifi not working, TV not working as well. Foods taste was awful. First and my last to stay at this hotel.
