I have stayed at Crystal Kuta Hotel several times. Yesterday I checked in on the 4th and checked out on the 9th plus breakfast. Why is the food always chicken for a week? 😅 Even though last year there was meat for the side dish. But so far, I will definitely stay at this hotel again. To the staff, thank you very much, at that time my child's cellphone was left behind, but when I contacted the staff, they immediately checked the room, and the cellphone was there. Thank you.

I've stayed here before.. and will come back to this hotel.. Initially I only booked for 2 nights...and I extended it for another 4 nights.. it's really recommended.. best

All good, the only thing that I was disappointed with was when they did the clearing after the breakfast hour was over. They showed all the dirty things while the guests were still there to eat the food. They should be aware of how the guests feel when they do and show that kind of work.

Asked for breakfast to be replaced with sahur, the sandwich was okay, that's fine. Asked what time it would be delivered, 3:30 and then noted it down. At 4 am I called because why wasn't it delivered, it turned out I was told to pick it up myself downstairs. Why ask what time it would be delivered if I had to pick it up downstairs. The bed was also uncomfortable to sleep on.

I like the service at this hotel, it is very good and fast if there is a problem, friendly and always smiling.

Nothing bad, everything is good, clean room, very close location to the keranjang bali and joger, nice swimming pool inside the hotel, delicious and varied breakfast. Got a welcome drink too! Will come back to stay again if in Bali 🥳🥳🥳
