The hinges on the bedroom door were off, the key to the bedroom door was lost.

I stayed for 5 days, in 4 nights, 2 days I booked the cheapest studio room, with that price it was already comfortable, then the last 2 days moved to a two bedroom room for around 600, the room was very comfortable and clean, the staff were all friendly, but it was like a cupboard, the room door was poorly maintained, at first I was afraid it would be a dud because there were many bad reviews, but after I tried staying there overall it was really good for the friendliness of the staff, cleanliness, comfort with the cheapest room price in Denpasar, to the point where I felt like staying there was still not enough, the kids didn't want to go home, next time I go to Bali I will stay here again, please keep the price the same, don't increase it 😍😆 oh yeah if possible add a kettle to make coffee/tea 😉

It was really ruined, took 2 rooms, all the rooms had no hot water kettle, toothbrush, even worse, 1 room had no electricity, electricity was only for lights. Complained, instead told to wait until tomorrow afternoon. The next morning we checked out, the service was really ruined, fed up, the elevator was also broken, going up to the 3rd floor dragging suitcases.

The staff is friendly and helpful. Unfortunately it was high season so we couldn't extend.

Great, it's cheap and clean. The bedroom + bathroom make you feel at home.

Stayed in a studio room, a room with a double bed, on the 2nd floor of building A. Clean room, clean balcony. TV and cold mini fridge available, 2 bottles of mineral water. Cold AC. Clean pool. Friendly staff. Strategic location, not too close to the city center of Denpasar, Kuta and surrounding areas. Many food vendors near the hotel. There is also a supermarket. Minuses: Amenities only provide soap & shampoo, 2 towels. The pillowcase smells bad like laundry that is not dry enough. And the pillows are flat, not comfortable to sleep on. The bathroom was initially dirty, but was finally cleaned immediately by the housekeeping staff. The lights on the balcony are very dim. Overall okay for staying 👍

Staffs are nice. Room very spacious and has balcony. But they need to repair and repaint the facilities to upgrade the guest experience.

The view of the rice fields is beautiful.

The hotel staff was slow to respond, even on the second day there was a room on the application but it said it was full, so I had to wait until half past four in the afternoon to be able to get a replacement room, even though I was willing to be given a room with a broken AC, because I was tired. The public bathroom was far away and dirty

The staff is very friendly, but the distance from the lobby to the room is far and the elevator cannot be reached directly to the room and you have to climb the stairs again. But so far the view is very good and the atmosphere is also in accordance with the name Cozy

The service is very satisfying, and assisted by friendly staff. Gives a good impression for me and my family. Highly recommended for those who want to stay on vacation in Bali

This hotel has changed a lot, especially its comfort. Quiet and the view of the rice fields behind the hotel adds to the value of this hotel. One thing that disturbs the comfort is that the water heater for drinking now has to be rented, whereas in the past it was not rented, and that is very bad, because in comparison some similar hotels provide the water heater as a service for customers who stay, just a suggestion if implementing this, then please provide a hot and cold water dispenser in the hotel hallway. Thank you
