quite cheap with a price below 500 thousand, get a 4 star hotel, spacious room and almost complete facilities, staff are also friendly, only the cleanliness around the hotel needs to be improved, the bathroom also smells of rust (normal for old hotels), for management please remind the hotel maintenance, because there is already a lot of damage in the sink, rotten wood, and moldy walls, not long ago I stayed and the lights went out for several hours, and there were rats in the hotel room, please pay attention to the cleanliness, for the room it is quite spacious and quite luxurious for a price below 500 thousand, thanks

It's a shame that the hotel is nice but the maintenance is very minimal Smelly pillows The mattresses are already flat The breakfast menu is not varied In the egg corner, oily plates are placed on top of a pile of clean plates

Need renovation, many walls are peeling, mirrors are stained, ceilings are peeling, shower water is not strong enough, water heater is not hot enough, electric kettle leaks when pouring water, pillows smell, mattress is uncomfortable. Breakfast variety is very lacking. Waitress is not responsive.

Please improve the cleanliness. The hotel is old, so the cleanliness must be improved and more thorough. If there is a manager, try to check the cleanliness of the room. Old is okay as long as it is clean.

The room is spacious, very roomy. Worth the price. Although the bathtub looks old, the AC is cold, the hot water is safe, and outside the room is not that crowded. Next time I can come here again :)

Spacious and Affordable, but Needs Some Updates. I enjoyed my stay at Amaroosa! The room was spacious with a huge bed, a dining area, a kitchen, and a bathroom with a bathtub – all at a very budget-friendly price. Easy booking process, using a third-party or direct booking. However, the room feels outdated, the kitchen sink had drainage issues, and the hot water supply was limited. The pool area could use better maintenance for cleanliness and reparation. Additionally, some areas, especially the ceiling, had water leaks and visible watermarks, which detracted from the overall experience. Overall, it's great value, but some updates and repairs would make it much better!
