I've stayed here twice, the place is comfortable

The best hotel in its time, but currently needs "total renovation". We stayed at the Penthouse. If you want to exist and be able to compete, the furniture and interior need to be upgraded, it is very old-fashioned.

Easy check in, friendly receptionist, allowed to enter until 12 noon to rest, clean, comfortable, well-maintained facilities. This is our 3rd family staycation. Will come here again next time.

Have vacationed twice at the Jakarta Cisarua, because the atmosphere is beautiful, clean, comfortable and the staff are friendly. There are several choices of activities here, such as swimming, playing billiards, soccer fields, children's playgrounds, etc. Yesterday we occupied a bungalow with 3 rooms. Available 6 bottles of mineral water, 6 towels, soap, shampoo, toothbrush, sandals, 6 sets of cups for tea and coffee. complete kitchen equipment plus gas, rather slow wifi, TV (not yet smart TV). For breakfast, there are not many variations, the delicious taste of fried rice. For those who want to add breakfast, you can pay at the restaurant, for adults 75 thousand / person and children under 12 years old 50 thousand / person. Vacation at The Jayakarta Cisarua Inn, very enjoyable, suitable for a vacation with family 👍👍👍🥰

It was a very memorable stay at the Jayakarta, all the staff were friendly and the place was very clean and comfortable, we will visit again next time.

for the F.O section is very friendly. for amenities, I only get 1 toothbrush, usually I get 2 because I am 2 adults, clean white towels, clean bathrooms, only the hot water sometimes doesn't work. the mattress is not comfortable, the night light is almost broken, the pillows are flat, the room is not soundproof so the noise on the upper floor and the next room is very audible, especially around 2-3 am I personally am very disturbed. nice view, just a suggestion for an outdoor children's playground please complete it. and the wifi can't be used or often errors. the access road when entering near the hotel area is a bit damaged. thank you for the friendly service, hopefully the criticism and suggestions that I convey can make the Jayakarta hotel better in the future.

Old building, lots of things need to be repaired, the bathroom shower has little water, lots of broken tiles, etc.

for a room price below 300k the location in the Puncak area is quite pleasant the staff are very friendly along the Dateng Wangi hallway the room is also fragrant Alhamdulillah it is clean the hot water is also always on you won't regret staying here hehe

The bungalow stairs are not so comfortable. There should be a mat or carpet on the steps.

for the service the staff is quite friendly, the room is clean and spacious for the 3br type with pool view at an affordable price. standard breakfast of fried rice, noodles and others.

The hotel building is old but still well maintained, the window and door locks are still conventional like old buildings. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom floors is very clean, the cleaning staff are also friendly and work well. The receptionist is also friendly, the service at breakfast is also good, making us very comfortable. For the taste of the food, I think it's just ordinary, standard, nothing special. If you book a room in advance, you can get a cheaper price. Access to the hotel is through a rather narrow road for 2 cars, so you have to be patient.

It's a shame there's no AC, and the room smells of smoke at night. It's not comfortable with kids. It's not good to breathe because it's stuffy if the ventilation is closed and the smell of smoke still comes in.
