Overall it was very pleasant to stay at the Sheraton Hotel, maybe there are some things in the staff division that need to be improved:
1. The front desk staff in the BF section can be retrained when it's crowded and guests have to queue, because I was cut off by several foreign guests and the officer invited me in, there should have been a queue name, only after I complained loudly was I let in (not good for a * 5 hotel)
2. Coordination between the reception & housekeeping division, asked to be cleaned in the morning before BF and until I returned the room in the afternoon it still hadn't been cleaned, after I complained it was cleaned, and given a set of peanut snacks as an apology, but that's not what the guest wanted, especially when I was tired and wanted to go back to the room but it still wasn't clean
And for the others, the Sheraton Kuta Resort is very nice and recommended, hopefully if I come back again the above things are already excellent.
