The hotel staff are very friendly and very helpful. When there was a problem with the room on the first day, the next day we were immediately moved to a new room.

The rooms were quite different from the photos, looking rather old and suffering from low water pressure, stained beds, and our little friend called cockroaches. Though we won't be back, hope improvements are made for future guests.

Bad experience first time stay here 2 night and got electricity problem while genset did not work. Its take 2hour off. Room is not cleaned

The staff service is friendly and always greets customers well. The hotel room is quite clean, only the toilet was blocked so that there was an unpleasant smell on the first day. The second day I moved to a better room

Happy to stay at this hotel during the New Year's high season, got a free room upgrade. Comfortable and safe service. It's just that the elevator access is a bit long to get down from the room to the lobby and parking at the hotel is limited. The rest is fun because it is very close to the German beach.

This is the second time staying at Solaris, always happy to stay here. Friendly staff, cold AC, hot and cold water, soft bed, TV with many channels, close to everywhere, beach, mall, food center. Many motorbike rentals around the hotel. There is also a spa. Overall it's worth it. Thanks Solaris, if Bali is definitely going to Solaris again.

First time staying at Solaris, a crowded place close to everywhere. When I entered, the AC didn't turn on for a while, but the technician immediately handled it and it was immediately cold. Thank you Solaris.

So far, Hotel Solaris is okay. Food is very reasonable at budget hotel prices. However, the location needs to be highlighted.
