The service is very satisfying

very good and the staff is very friendly

The hotel staff is friendly. The location is close to the mall. It's just that yesterday there was no hot water for bathing.

Don't forget to swim / enjoy the swimming pool, because the location is very exotic. Like in Lombok & Bali but this view is the city of Semarang.

The room is not clean, the maintenance is lacking.

Thank you to the hotel staff who have tried to get me a deluxe single bed room... I stayed for 6 days and 5 nights and it felt comfortable... I just have a suggestion to the hotel to wash the towels with a good fragrance... because they smell a bit musty... but overall I had a very comfortable stay there... next time I will book there again... thank you...

Honestly, I'm really happy at Horison Ultima, the rooms are clean, what I ordered was served well, I'm a regular customer for my family, my whole family is really satisfied with the facilities, I really like it, I will continue to be a regular customer

Stayed at this hotel for the second time. This time got a cheap price. Very pleasant. Overall, staying here was quite pleasant. However, on this second experience I was a bit disappointed with the hotel service. When I arrived at the hotel in the rain, upon arrival in the room I immediately took a shower. And without me realizing it, the bathroom was not yet available. After I confirmed with the receptionist I was told to wait quite a long time because I had to wait for clean towels from the laundry.

Too bad the hot water doesn't come out, overall it's okay

I haven't checked in yet but I decided to move location... just a bad experience with the service. The point is I canceled my intention to stay, lost money never mind... hopefully it will be blessed.

Water was dropping from the ceiling (two different spots). There were a few water marks on the ceiling. It was noisy with events they were holding. Lots of people were coming in and out so there was quite a wait for the lift. I stayed there for 3 nights and 4 days, had breakfast 3 times, worst ever.

Dirty 🥹 The towel smells really bad, like socks.

If there is no choice of a particular room type, do not display the choice. Room cleanliness and amenities must be considered.

A hotel that is very suitable for solo travel or with family.

Very good, especially the swimming pool is really cool on the top floor, the view is really good.
