The room was spacious and nice, the kids were happy, and the hotel is also connected to a mall, so it was easy to find food and other things. Highly recommended.

The atmosphere is calm and quiet. It's easy to go out and find food. The environment is clean and comfortable.

The room is damp, the sofa is very dirty with lots of stains, the curtains are dirty, the bed cover looks like it's been 10 years and hasn't been replaced, the hot water takes a long time, even after waiting for a long time it still doesn't get hot. The atmosphere is very bad, there are only a few room lights, all the furniture is old 👎🏻😮‍💨 It's terrible !! I immediately checked out that day.

All hotel staff are very professional, helpful and friendly. We had a lovely stay and will come back to stay again for sure! I’m just a little disappointed that the gym facility isn’t 24hrs.

I didn't eat and was charged for three people by the receptionist. I challenged them to open the CCTV, but the hotel refused. I asked Mr. Ibnu Sunandar for permission to complain through this app.

If you want a staycation with family or friends, this is one of the best options! Spacious room, including living, dining, and kitchen. Bathroom with bathtub and shower, they have an iron and the boards also! You don't have to bring waters since they provide a dispenser in your room! They also have a balcony! You can open it, but remember to open it wisely, especially if you have kids. They also upgraded our room to a 2-bedroom! Lovely! The location is no doubt in the central business district of Sudirman, and connected to the mall - Pacific Place. It's such a great residence for your stay with your dearest one. For breakfast, they have a buffet, even though not many stalls, it's pretty much complete instead! We love their smoked salmon that was soo good. And they had offered us to order 1 menu ala carte per pax for free! I ordered salmon teriyaki and my husband grilled oxtail soup, yummy!! Highly recommend 👍🏼
