very strategic location, easy to go anywhere. close to minimarket too, and lots of culinary around the hotel. just a bit complicated to use the elevator, because you have to use a room card. if you have to use a card to access the elevator, guests should be given 2 cards/room. clean room, cold AC, hot/cold water runs smoothly. thank you to all staff and also Miss Yesi the receptionist.

The surrounding environment has a lot of food, but for the hotel itself, the staff at check-in were not very friendly, the bed had many stains, the AC was not cold enough, there were many small cockroaches in the bathroom because the sink had no cover, the toilet was also not very clean because there were dirt stains, and there were cockroaches in the room when I wanted to check out. The TV is okay because you can watch YouTube.

just ordinary 2 stars the location is just right, comfortable, the Mangga Besar area is close to Lokasari, next time you can come here again, it's nice, the area has lots of food vendors and Montong durian vendors, the taste is extraordinary, you won't be disappointed eating the durian,,,, there is also soto kaki, the taste is really delicious, there is also night entertainment, the shopping center is located in Lokasari

Awful. Restaurant suddenly closed without notice, hotel is so loud with people screaming and talking. Front office wit unfriendly face without any smile and looks so disturbed by guest. So insatisfied.

Clean, comfortable, the facilities are okay, just need to improve the TV channels, it should be directly connected to the internet so you can watch YouTube. Overall it's good, recommend 👍🏻.
