I had a nice stay at this hotel! The food was really good and the staff were super friendly and welcoming. The only thing that bothered me was the bed—it creaked a lot whenever I moved, which made it hard to sleep comfortably. Other than that, everything else was perfect.

The receptionist is beautiful, friendly, the staff is also responsive and friendly.. the room is spacious and clean.. I like the clean bathroom, the pillows are also soft.. the food is quite good.. the pool has too much chlorine. The gym is quite good, including quite a lot of equipment if other places only have 3.. there are 6 types of equipment.. one more thing, the towels are clean and thick, sometimes in other hotels the towels are dull and thin.. recommended.. next time I stay here if I go to Surabaya.. because in Surabaya I only drop you off, brobat.. thank you for the friendly service

2x stayed at this hotel, because it is close to Taman Bungkul Surabaya, just walking distance. Children can play in the park. Unfortunately the lighting in the room in my opinion is not bright enough. For cleanliness is ok. Could be an option to stay if you go to Surabaya again.

Pros: Friendly and fast staff, great location in the middle of the city, spacious, clean rooms. Cons: For food, it is probably the worst in a 4-star hotel in Surabaya, because the variety is very, very little and some menus are not fresh at a room price of 600 thousand. Try the hotel management to survey other 4-star hotels what the food should be like.

Overall good, from the surrounding environment, the distance to the city center is also close, the cleanliness of the room. What needs to be improved is the breakfast menu and its variety, 3 days there for a 4-star hotel is far from satisfying.
