From check in, delivery of luggage to the room was accompanied by very good staff, the receptionist was very friendly, breakfast was delicious.

The hotel is nice and clean, just not very soundproof.

We are excited at first but when we entered the room I was shocked that its quiet old. Aircon was noisy, bedsheets old like its been used many times and towels are old bathtub was dirty, sink no cover. When your ring accidentally drop then its bye bye. First impression of the food was tastesless like we ordered the ayam penyet the ayam was like no taste and our order was so late to come even though it was late lunch and few people only was there. I hope the management would improve.

In front of the Stulang Laut port, strategic, it is definitely very crowded, for those who like crowds it is very suitable, the distance from JB Sentral using Grab is at most RM10, there is a deposit of RM100 + tourism tax RM10

Hotel guests can only park on Level 6. Must climb stairs & walk quite a distance from car park to the hotel wing. Seaview room is comfortable. Breakfast okay.

Friendly staff. Easy access to the ferry terminal as the main reason for my stay. Rooms are abit dated but clean. Bathroom could do with a refresh by getting rid of the bathtub and installing modern shower facilities.

Not much choices of foods. Plus some of the taste not to my standard.
