Easy access to main road & city centre. The hotel quite old & need to refurbish especially the sauna room need to repair, steam room not functioning, jacuzzi not functioning, public toilet at L8 damage. A lot of work can do to make it better.

The family bedroom is very spacious, but the bathtub is not included in the work. It's okay, no problem.

Midnight got heard a lot of sounds surrouding. Its annoying. Interior too old

It was great, my kids loved the stay!

Really like the location. Even though the main door is under renovation, it is still easy to access. The staff is also helpful, there are many elevators so traffic is still smooth even though there were many events during my stay.

This is my second time stay here..i really enjoy my Staycation.walking distance to 7eleven, Watson, billions, Ayam gepuk. The room so comfy and spacious.i don't have any complaint, will repeat my Staycation here sooonn

Overall, I was pleased with the staff’s service. However, I feel the breakfast could be improved, especially considering the room rate is close to RM250 per night.

The rooms were clean and very comfortable, with elegant décor. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kota Bharu. I was impressed by the efficient check-in/check-out process of the hotel.

Same as my previous review. All wonderful.

We chose the Executive Twin Bedroom. The twin bed could accommodate our family of 5 (3 underage kids) fairly comfortably. The bed and pillows were comfy. Good lighting. Spacious room. Strong water pressure in the bathroom. Nice hot and cold water. We just stayed in the room the whole day because we were not feeling very well, and we made the right decision staying at this hotel. Breakfast was also good in terms of variety and taste. We also decided to extend another night, so we booked another night separately right after through the app.

For the price not worth it. Stayed for two nights and both nights gave me itchiness and the room was so dark no sunlight coming in. Basically its an old hotel. Don't mind the location though. Wouldn't want to stay again

Integrated, delicious food n will come back.
