good receptionist good cleanliness comfortable room

The room is spacious and clean. We really love our stay during our business trip. But no option for breakfast included in the room price. This does not matter because close to the hotel you can find restaurants.

Got a connecting room but it smelled of cigarettes

The room was damp and smelled of cat poop, luckily I got a good room.

the hotel location is easily accessible and close to the train station, twin tower and KLCC mall. the room size is very adequate, the bathroom is clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful during check in and check out.

Corus Hotel is my "go-to" place for comfort, convenience and peace of mind whenever I am in Kuala Lumpur.

Good, right next to the twin towers. Next to the restaurant. Convenient for travel.

Easy check-in process; no deposit, other than paying tax; location close to city center; plenty of dining options (there is a food truck area to the left of the hotel and a famous Nasi Kandar restaurant to the right of the hotel and of course a restaurant in the hotel); close to 7/11 minimarket.

The hotel staff are all friendly and willing to go to the nearby mall

Had a pleasant 2 nights stay with clean spacy room. Good location and staffs are friendly. The only setback, disappointed that bathroom has no toothpaste & brush provided for a $70+ (RM200+) per night stay in a 4 star rated hotel.

The hotel is recommended, I came from Singapore and arrived early morning by double-decker Aeroline bus that stopped in front of the hotel, so I stayed here, the hotel is clean, comfortable and spacious. According to the price.

Staff hotel Mr.Aspar is very friendly and helpul.bellboy is very helpull too the ròom was clean and facilitate room is complite..
